I’m Nathan Bolivar, REALTOR® with Two Brothers Realty and the person behind Phoenix Home Alert. I’m a Phoenix native and have been licensed in Arizona real estate since 2019.

My approach is simple: understand the numbers, know the market, look for leverage, and don’t overextend yourself just to buy a home.

Nathan assisted my husband and I in three condo rental purchases. They were all purchased in the same year and it was A LOT of work to make sure they all closed at the right time to ensure we could purchase the next property.
